Board of Directors (2024-2025)
ACT members elect a new board every summer to take office in September; the president, vice president, facilities coordinator, production coordinator and publicity coordinator serve one-year terms, and the secretary and treasurer serve for two years.

Board meetings
As provided in our by-laws, the ACT Board meets monthly to conduct the theater’s business. All meetings are open unless the board declares an executive session to discuss personnel, contract negotiations, acquisition of property, or security; however, participation in discussion of business is limited to board members unless they choose to recognize visitors.
Membership meetings are held quarterly, and are open to all; however, only current members may vote on the issues that come before the members.
The annual meeting of the corporation takes place at the July membership meeting, at which time members elect a new board of directors. The annual meeting of the board takes place in September, and they are required to set meeting dates for the year.
All Board and Membership meetings which include Membership for the 2024-2025 will be held in person at ACT barring illness or inclement weather.
