A Christmas Carol radio holiday story. Book by Charles Dickens and adaptation by Johanna Spencer. Join our Albany Civic Theater family of actors, as they tell the story of a mean-spirited and selfish old man, Ebenezer Scrooge, who despises Christmas. One cold Christmas Eve, Scrooge is unkind to the people who work for him, refuses to give to charity, and is rude to his nephew when he invites him to spend Christmas with him. Come listen as he is visited in nightmarish journeys with ghosts of Christmas past, current, and future to see how his mean behavior has affected those around him. In the end Scrooge discovers there is still time to change and transform into a generous and kind-hearted person.
